FIFA 17 – Demo try out

HI guys so it’s that time of the year EA release their demo of the next installment of FIFA. This year round graphically the Frostbite game engineer really has made a dfference with detail onscreen.

With my rig I was able to play this at 4K 60FPS no trouble, however there does seem to be a glitch in the game that whenever it jumps to a cutscene (e.g replay of a goal or a celebration etc) this is then done at a set frame-rate, it looks to be 30FPS to me. This is a niggle but the actual game play isn’t detracted from.

In terms of the gameplay a lot has improve but most of all it actually feel more fluid! Previous FIFA’s have been very rigid or sometimes can feel like you’re running through treacle – this time that doesn’t seem to be the case.
